Kim-Jung Vu

From Vietnamese origin, Kim-Jung, born in 1966, spends her childhood in Paris before moving at the age of seven to Luxembourg. She first studies interior architecture at the Royal Academy of Fine Arts in Brussels and returns graduated to Luxembourg to carry on her profession in an architect’s office. Two years later, she leaves to Antwerp to the Royal Fine Arts Academy to study jewellery.

With her new diploma, she manages to gather her two artistic passions, working since 1997 as an interior architect and jewel creator in Luxembourg. Kim-Jung Vu participates to numerous art and design exhibitions in Germany, Belgium, Austria, Italy, the Netherlands, Japan, Taiwan and Luxembourg.

Kim-Jung expresses her emotions and impressions through the jewel / object. Her sources of inspiration are often directly related to her personal life or to nature.
