Homo Faber 2026: 8,000 Visitors for FIAT LUX

Presented at Casa Sanlorenzo in Venice as part of Homo Faber in Città 2026, the FIAT LUX exhibition welcomed nearly 8,000 visitors throughout the month of September. Bringing together 27 Luxembourgish artisans and designers around the theme of light, this exhibition provided an international showcase for the excellence of Luxembourgish craftsmanship and marked the first highlight of the celebrations for the 10th anniversary of De Mains De Maîtres Luxembourg.

THE SUMMARY

Through 70 works, the exhibition offered visitors an immersive experience of Luxembourg in the heart of Venice. Glass, ceramics, textiles, metal, wood, and innovative materials came together around a universal theme: light, which reveals materials, gestures, and emotions.

Beyond the numbers, this exhibition was above all a wonderful human adventure. It fostered connections between artisans, artists, industry professionals, and visitors from around the world, confirming the growing interest in the arts and crafts.

We extend our most sincere thanks to the 27 artisans, our partners, the teams who worked tirelessly throughout the project, and the thousands of visitors who walked through the doors of Casa Sanlorenzo. Their enthusiasm and support were instrumental in the success of this exhibition.
